What is Kundinyasana ?
Combined Hatha Vinyasa with Kundalini. Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness and Happiness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. In Kundalini Yoga, we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
What is Kundalini Yoga?

Some refer to this type of yoga as an express train to enlightenment. It awakens the energy of consciousness, Practicing this type of yoga sheds light on our self-imposed limitations, removes physical and energetic blocks and invites us to develop our intuitive mind. Living from our intuitive mind is one of the main goals of a Kundalini practitioner. Kundalini Yoga is very healing for the endocrine and nervous systems.
It balances the brain and strengthens the entire body from the inside and out, so we can lead a more healthy, vibrant and balanced life. Kundalini Yoga is a specific proven science. It is a 5000 year old practice that was not shared with the masses until Yogi Bhajan brought the teaching to the West in the late 1960’s. When we apply this yogic technology to our bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit. It is for everyone, it is universal and nondenominational.

Join us for a 60 minute practice of Hatha
Yoga/Vinyasa Flow. Learn yoga poses, breathing and energy techniques that can break through ingrained patterns holding you back. Gain understanding of where you might be leaking energy and fix it with very specific mudras, mantras and yoga poses we will practice together. Most imbalances are temporary conditions that can be easily corrected through various simple therapeutic practices that you will learn in this class for all levels of experience.
Deep Relaxation with Sound Healing
Open the body up to receive deep healing and soften into a profound state of relaxation and peace. This class begins with gentle breath, movement and mantra to release tensions from the day while preparing the body and mind for relaxation. You are then guided through the deeply relaxing practice while being bathed in the sounds of the Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls, all while resting in a supported savasana.
Yin Yoga practice offers a great balance to active Yang practices & lifestyles. In this slow-paced class we hold passive postures for a few minutes each, safely stressing the connective tissue to build resilience in the joints and ligaments and loosen energetic blockages. As we slow down the body’s movements, our thoughts gradually turn introspective and peace of mind becomes a reality.
