Linda is certified in Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga. She enjoys expanding her meditation & yoga practice with various workshops and trainings.
Although she had a strong yoga asana practice for many years, she didn’t actually experience the union of mind, body until she discovered chair yoga. She is passionate about sharing chair yoga.
