Lightbody Yoga is a multidisciplinary method of activating the light within the physical and energetic bodies by utilizing Yoga Meditation and Energetic Healing. Lightbody Yoga is a fusion of different yoga, meditation and healing modalities. This class will have Kundalini yoga, Lightbody work, breath work, meditation, energy healing and sound healing therapy. Every class is a unique and different experience. Yoga/Vinyasa Flow. Learn yoga poses, breathing and energy techniques that can break through ingrained patterns holding you back. Gain understanding of where you might be leaking energy and fix it with very specific mudras, mantras and yoga poses we will practice together. Most imbalances are temporary conditions that can be easily corrected through various simple therapeutic practices that you will learn in this class for all levels of experience.
Open the body up to receive deep healing and soften into a profound state of relaxation and peace. This class begins with gentle breath, movement and mantra to release tensions from the day while preparing the body and mind for relaxation. You are then guided through the deeply relaxing practice while being bathed in the sounds of the Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls, all while resting in a supported savasana. Please bring your own mat, blanket and napping supplies.
This class designed to relax the body and the mind with a gentle evening Yin Yoga or Kundalini or yoga kriya that involves movement, breathing and sound therapy. After the kriya, soften into a profound state of relaxation and peace during this extended sound healing. This sound bliss experience will rejuvenate with a long sound healing comprised of various instruments like gongs or crystal bowls. You will have a deeply integrative experience.
