Tina Fitzgerald – Ardas Taran Kaur
Tina has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. After a successful career in the corporate business world, she was burned out with severe adrenal fatigue. She decided she had to leave that life and move deeper into her spiritual yoga practice.
She started her yoga career practicing various forms of yoga including Iyengar, Bikram, Power, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aqua yoga. She studied and practiced The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success Yoga at The Chopra Institute. She was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and was soon called to become an instructor of that Raj Yoga Lineage. Kundalini Yoga totally changed her life for the better and it is her great honor to share the gift of this practice.
